Touring on a bicycle is the ideal way to see the world. It’s fast enough to outpace boredom, but slow enough to absorb the myriad details of the place you’re touring. Being a two wheeled traveler allows us to become part of the environment rather than rushing through it in a car, train or bus. It allows us to travel to use all of the senses to experience the exhilaration of the outdoors.
We are avid recreational cyclists that enjoy travel, adventure and discovery. In the last 15 years, we have accomplished this by seeing many parts of the world on our bicycles. We have ridden on different domestic and international tours. Bicycle touring has taken us to places that tourists seldom see when traveling by
train, bus or auto. Riding at 10 miles per hours gives us the opportunity to travel the back roads and visit quaint villages that often are the essence of a country’s culture. Our objective as tour leaders is to share with our fellow cyclist the opportunity to tour places that offer excellent cycling, comfortable accommodations, good food and unique cultural experiences.
